Can I get Valet parking?
We offer Valet Parking at $89 per with unlimited in/out carpark privileges during your stay. Cost $89.00 per vehicle per night.
Can I get an Early Check-in?
Early Check-In is subject to room availability and cannot not guaranteed. Alternatively, you can purchase a guaranteed Early Check-In from midday through our Shopping Cart when you book
Can I get a Late Check-out?
Late Check-Out is subject to room availability and is not guaranteed. We recommend you enquire with our Front Desk on check-in. Alternatively, you can purchase a guaranteed Late Check Out till 4pm through our Shopping Cart when you book
Can I request a high floor?
A high level room is subject to room availability and is not guaranteed but we endeavour to accommodate requests where possible
What is the Pool temperature?
Our pool is heated between 24 and 270C. However please note, the pool is not covered and the temperature may be affected by prevailing weather conditions
Do we have a sauna?
We have a sauna within Sofitel SPA, is located in h ladies change rooms. Use of the facilities requires guest to have a SPA reservation
When is the construction finishing?
Construction of the new Harbourside Precinct will bring a whole new retail experience to the Darling Harbour precinct, and is scheduled to be completed in 2026. Further information can be found at https://harbourside.mirvac.com/
Does the hotel accept parcel deliveries for guests?
All parcel deliveries can be directed through guest concierge and will be delivered to the guests room
Do we offer airport transfers?
Airport transfers can be coordinated through guest concierge at a cost

Yes, we do. Please refer to the AccorPlus website for conditions.
Do we have balconies?
No we do not have balconies but every room features floor to ceiling windows with uninterrupted views across the city in all directions
Does the restaurant and bar have halal options?
Yes, we cater for most dietary requirements. We do recommend advising in advance to ensure we can cater to your requirements.
Do we sell our bedding items?
Our famous Sofitel MyBed along with pillows, linens and bedding sets are all available for purchase through Sofitel Boutique
How much bond do you take?
We do not take a bond however we do take credit card details on check-in
Do we have a hotel doctor?
Yes, A doctor can be contacted through Front Office and involves a fee payable directly to the doctor.
How far is the airport?
Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour is located approximately 13km from the airport. The fastest route by road is approximately 20 minutes. There is also a Light Rail service to Central Station which connects to the Airport Line. Alternatively, Guest concierge can assist with booking a private transfer
What is the closest alternate option to then hotel?
Wilson Harbourside parking – 100 Murray Street Darling Harbour | Harbourside Car Park (wilsonparking.com.au). The height limit in this station is 2metres
Can we see the Harbour Bridge and Opera House from hotel?
Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour is located in Darling Harbour and offers expansive views across the city skyline, but the Harbour Bridge and the Opera House cannot be seen from the property
Can four people fit in one room?
The maximum occupancy of our room is 2 adults and 1 child, or 1 adult and 2 children
