The internationally renowned Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour is thrilled to announce its restaurant, Atelier by Sofitel, has been awarded two AGFG Chef Hats for 2023 by The Australian Good Food Guide. Under the direction of Executive Chef, Sam Moore.

Two of our favourite words – Champagne and bar; both come together exceedingly well here with 11 of the said fizz available by the glass and 56 by the bottle. The list plays safe with producers think Roederer, Pommery, Veuve Clicquot, Charles Heidsieck and Taittinger but filled out with a range of styles, which is great. And for an extra $25, your Champagne can be sabred or free if the bubbles cost more than $299.
