Our stylish Champagne Bar has opened its doors from Thursday to Sunday and more glamorous than ever after an extended beauty sleep and makeover.

Make yourself at home, take in the sunset with a glass in hand and enjoy the perfect night out with our chic interiors, cozy leather booths, majestic high ceilings, warm mahogany-hued timber floors and dazzling panoramic views over the city skyline. Ideally located only a short stroll from the Lyric Theatre, combine an unforgettable night out at Hamilton the Musical with a gourmet pre-theatre dining experience available from 5:00pm to 7:00pm.

Champagne flows, perfectly chilled. Sip delicious cocktails crafted to your taste, an alchemy second-to-none. Savour oysters and innovative French-inspired morsels at leisure, with vintage cuvees and a selection of local wines, beers and spirits.

In accordance with the most recent NSW Government and COVID-Safe regulations, a maximum of 73 guests are currently allowed in Champagne Bar at one time.

Thursday – Open from 5:00pm till 10:00pm
Friday & Saturday – Open from 3:00pm till 12:00am
Sunday – Open from 5:00pm till 10:00pm
