Savour a delicious 4-course Christmas lunch and dinner prepared by our Executive Chef Eric Costille. This year, while our passports are tucked away and our borders closed, let your tastebuds do the travelling. We’ve invited some of the most iconic luxury Sofitel’s on every continent to share some of their favourite signature cocktails and recipes, from Sofitel Paris Le Faubourg to Sofitel Legend Cartagena, Sofitel Mexico City Reforma to Sofitel New York, Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua to Sofitel Fiji, Sofitel Biarritz Miramar to Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi.

 

Experience exceptional dishes such as Kingfish Ceviche, sweet & sour Escabèche, coconut, wasabi mayo and micro green herbs or Lobster & Foie Gras Salad, with smoked Espelette pepper sauce, avocado and foie gras on toasted brioche.

 

And for dessert, indulge in a tantalising sweet creation by Executive Pastry Chef Puti Firmansyah, who’s bringing you a mouth-watering Hibiscus Pavlova, served with fresh strawberries, hibiscus confit in citrus rind and white wine, and Granita of De Beaurepaire 2017 ‘Rylstone Estate Bluebird’ Botrytis Viogner from Mudgee, NSW.
